If you killed more than 190 enemies, you will also keep the armor ( not weapons ) Or you can honourably discharge from the army without getting any relationship impact. This is depended on your service level - meaning that, you will get a higher impact if you leave the army while you are successful and known. However, if you leave the army while the faction is still at war, your relationship with the Lord will take a hit. If you leave the party while there is no war, you won't experience any issue with your lord. BUT, if your faction is no longer at war with anyone ( any major faction ) then you can leave the army by paying a small fee ( tier * 2 ) You can ask for Leave only if you are at Service Level 2. Successful order will bring +7 fame immediately. Price is calculated based on how many soldiers are in the army and your current fame. This action can be done only if you are in town. This immediately increases your HP by +15. You can buy better food from your quartermaster. In the future, I might add a camp scene where you can play games with your fellow comrades. Soldier camp is the location where you can ask for leave and other stuff.
